StreamFlow does not provide IPTV subscriptions, streaming accounts, channel lists, or preconfigured playlists.

The application functions solely as a media playback interface, allowing users to connect and access media sources they independently obtain and configure.

Similar to a web browser or general-purpose media player, StreamFlow provides the technical functionality required to access compatible media sources without supplying the underlying content.

User-Provided Content

All playlists, streaming URLs, account credentials, and media sources accessed through StreamFlow are supplied by users.

StreamFlow does not independently verify whether third-party streams are legally authorised, properly licensed, or compliant with applicable laws.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of StreamFlow and any connected media sources complies with applicable copyright laws, licensing agreements, and other legal requirements.

Third-Party Services

StreamFlow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with any third-party IPTV provider, broadcaster, streaming platform, or content distributor unless explicitly stated.

Any trademarks, service marks, channel names, or logos displayed through user-provided sources remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance within the application does not imply any association with StreamFlow.

Content Availability

StreamFlow does not guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, reliability, legality, or continued operation of any third-party media source.

Streaming interruptions, buffering, unavailable channels, authentication failures, and other playback issues may arise from factors outside StreamFlow's control.

StreamFlow is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, or availability of third-party streaming infrastructure.

No Endorsement of Copyright Infringement

StreamFlow does not encourage, endorse, facilitate intentionally, or promote the unauthorised distribution or consumption of copyrighted material.

The application is intended for lawful media playback, including content that users own, are licensed to access, or are otherwise legally permitted to view.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamFlow and its operators shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from:

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer rights.

StreamFlow is not an IPTV service provider and does not sell access to copyrighted programming.
